The Celli Store offers the possibility to make payments via PayPal. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, the Celli Store serves solely as an order entry point.

You can track your entire order history through the "Order History" section. All orders, both those entered by your reference Customer Service and those entered autonomously through the e-commerce platform, can be monitored in real time with details on the individual order line.

If you see that an order has been partially shipped or is still pending, you can contact your Customer Service to request information. Simply provide your order details (order number, document number, or SKU).
In addition, you can view the confirmed shipping date in your order history.

Yes, we allow you to buy online and pick up in store. When selecting a product on PDP, you can choose the store where you want to pick up the product.

You can place a single order with multiple products that include shipping and pick up options.
